Known as Shevanti in India, chrysanthemums are a familiar presence during Diwali, bringing warmth and colour to homes, garlands, and vibrant floral rangolis. Their quiet beauty often goes unnoticed in everyday life, yet they have a timeless charm that continues to inspire me to paint them.
